Dear Network Partners,

Some ALC’s are facing the problem of “ Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘PK “ in learner login when learner clicks on the Course.

We are releasing an update ERA6SU3_4.exe for Centers facing this problem.

Only Centers facing this problem should install this update.

Before installing ERA6SU3_4.exe on ERA server machine, please ensure that SU3 is installed on ERA server machine.

LF/ Learner Login or Data Uploading Problem



If you are getting this message in Learning Facilitator or Learner login or while uploading data or viewing content then please perform following steps on ERA Server Machine:-

 Please install ERA 6 SU3 update on your server machine. You can download the same from below link

Even if ERA 6 SU3 is already installed then please install ERA 6 SU3 update again to solve this problem.

 On server machine do the following steps:-

  1. Open Internet Explorer. Delete temporary internet files and cookies and browsing history
  2. Go to the location


            Delete  ”UpgradeLog_Framework.xml

3.“Download & install ERA 6 SU3 patch from below link:

Your problem will be solved.



# If you are facing this error:

‘Learner can not go to ‘View Content page’ after clicking on the course from course list page”


1. Check for the version Internet Explorer version.  Compatible version areIE 7, IE 8 or IE 9.

2. If you have IE 10, then remove it and install any one of the above versions.

3. Enable the activeX controls from security settings.

4. If issue still persists, reset the IE from ‘Advanced’  tab from security settings.

(Before doing these steps, kindly close all the ERA 6 logins from server as well as client machines)

a. Open Internet Explore. Delete cookies, temporary files and browsing history.

b. Delete  “upgradeLog_framework.xml “ from the path-C:inetpubwwwrootERA6

c. Download ERA 6 SU1 pathch from:
